MA candidate, journalism trainee and social media geek. Lived and learned in Italy, Germany, and Australia. Fluent in English, less articulate in German and able to communicate in Spanish.

Currently in the UK, studying journalism at Postgraduate level at City University of London. Previously I have studied Political Science and Sociology at the University of Milan and spent six months as an Erasmus student in Goettingen, Germany.  In Italy I have done more than five years in community radio, more than three years in student journalism, an internship in a football transfer related website.

As a European in the Uk and a former student, I am interested in international politics and Brexit. This year I will be focusing on gaining digital skills and to cover innovation in journalism. Football may occur as well.

Here you can find my most recent works in English.

The perks of digital journalism are my favorite topics, so I often volunteer for events/causes that I care about. My last gigs: I played at Newsrewired, Hacks & Hackers, Mozfest and the Frontline in London. Last year I took part of an international lineup of amazing young pros at the International Journalism Festival in Perugia. The tour will continue on February at IJF 2017, DataHarvest and who knows, fingers crossed.

If not writing I am probably running around East London, going to some public talk about social policy, taking pictures with my camera or perpetrating my failure at learning German.
