Matteo Moschella is a digital journalist with an interest in social media verification, data and video.
A graduate of City, University of London, Matteo has developed a deep knowledge of social newsgathering and news verification from his time at Storyful, as well as First Draft, where he worked on misinformation and disinformation during the 2017 British general election.
Matteo worked as a social media producer for the Economist in London and completed several editorial internships with The Independent, PA and Manchester Evening News. Those placements allowed Matteo to write extensively and to work on his video production and data skills.
